Urban FLOW: Tuesdays at 8p

The Urban FLOW 60 is a one-hour hot vinyasa yoga experience accessible to all levels. Trust this practice to link your movements closely with your breath: you will move at a steady pace, with intention, as you are directed to breathe, contain, and express each of the poses. While open to beginners, the FLOWpractice suggests that you have a basic understanding of the following movements: downward and upward-facing dog, high plank and low plank.

Elevate your FLOW with our thoughtfully layered sequencing and transitions, which encourage you to practice to your edge while still listening closely to your body. Come to class well hydrated and drink water or take a rest throughout your experience. We ask that you honor silence at all times while in the practice room, and arrive 15 minutes ahead of your class time.

Urban FIT: Thursdays at 7:30a

The Urban FIT 60 is a one-hour class which offers a well-rounded, full body hot yoga experience accessible to all levels. Trust a strong focus on linking your breath with your body’s movement, allowing for a deeper connection to physical sensations and poses. Urban Exhale instructors will provide clear direction and layers of support throughout the duration of your class; expect a consistent workout coupled with a unique practice each time you arrive on your mat.

Fuse:  Wednesdays at 4:15p        

This class is a focused set sequence of 21-26 postures which instills a sense of self-discipline, committed power, focused concentration and strength in a heat set of 95-105. A friend to all levels, this 60min class has a little bit of everything. We will move slowly without any vinyasa flow between postures (aka no Chaturangas... if you think that a Chaturanga is a small dog, this class is perfect for you). As we layer each posture for various levels, this class is both truly challenging and accessible to any Yogi with the perfect blend of playfulness and focus.  Although this class is essentially the same sequence every time, each teacher brings their own unique flavour, style, and diversity. So as your body is able to move deeper into familiar postures, the class feels brand new each time!
