Join us for a special weekend of mindful breathing, moving and EATING! Ages 5 and up!
This workshop will be themed around mindfulness. Specifically, what it means to breathe, move and eat mindfully in our daily lives. We'll begin with breathing and movement on the sand, then transition to The Well Fitness Studio to "taste the rainbow" with all of our senses. Foods include apples, carrots, bananas, lemons, kale, spinach, romaine, blueberries, grapes, cacao and dark chocolate. Smoothies blended with coconut milk and a mixture of the foods above will be served as well. This is a great opportunity for your child to try new foods in a playful way and learn the importance of nourishing their bodies with fruits and veggies...and an occasional treat too!
